Shipping and Returns

There are two options for shipping: Flat rate or expedited.

Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping is the most affordable option, but there is also a risk involved. The package is sent through the Norwegian mail system (Posten).There is no tracking of the package and customs declaration varies from country to country.

Typical transit times for flat rate shipping:
Northern Europe: 0–4 days depending on country
Europe: 4–14 days depending on country
USA: 9–27 days
Rest of the world: 7–20 days

If the package is lost in transit, that is responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to sender, the customer will be contacted regarding further action, either a resend or a refund.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is handled by FedEx. The package has tracking and insurance, so if the package is lost it will be replaced.

VAT handling

Please note that all orders are shipped without VAT. EU countries will add VAT during customs declaration, normally around 25%.
